Helvellyn Story

We are a band of mountain bikers from York and the North East of England. Our website has evolved over the years and is mainly a way of keeping track of where we have been mountain biking with ride story's and photos. We all got into mountain bikes at a similar time and the group started in York but now includes riders from the North East and South Yorkshire. We mainly ride the trail centres of the North East, Dalby Forest, Gisburn Forest and Hamsterley Forest but can be found out on some wild XC trails and up in the North Yorkshire Moors.
February's picture of the month taken on our ride around Calderdale and features Matt Wilde for the second month taking on the biggest trick in the group photo.
Oops, Phil's Scott was in the shop being fixed so he brought out the Cross Bike for a lap of Ladybower, looked like a silly choice to start with but rode the rocky descents like a master.
